Entry Restrictions Into Turkey Are Lifted And Visa Services Continue
Entry restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic for foreigners into Turkey are lifted with effect from 12 June 2020. Those who have valid visa or visa exemption are eligible to travel to Turkey.
The Embassy will restart processing visa applications as of 15 June 2020 in accordance with the same rules and principles applied before the Covid-19 pandemic.
For visa applications, applicants should fill out the application form onwww.visa.gov.trand make an appointment on the said web page to submit the required documents to the Embassy in person.
All passengers are subject to health checks upon their arrivals in Turkey regardless of their nationality and their status / passport types. Those with coronavirus symptoms will be subjected to PCR test. PCR tests will be applied free of charge on travellers who show any symptoms and/or considered necessary by relevant authorities.
Wearing mask is mandatory for all passengers throughout their travel to Turkey.
Visa services, which has been suspended since 23 Mach 2020, are to be continued with effect from 12 June 2020 with no restriction.
